Payment
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. 
Currently shipping Australia-wide only. 
Payments accepted via PayPal. 

Deliveries
Most items will be posted within 1-3 days of order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom-made items. You will be advised within 48 hours how long your custom order will take. 
Please feel free to contact me before purchase to ask about expected delivery times. 

Returns
I stand by my work and always seek to supply a quality product. Every item is handmade by me and inspected before dispatch.
Returns/refunds are generally not accepted due to change of mind.
However, if there is a problem with your purchased product, please don't hesitate to contact me with details to begin the refund/exchange process.

The following rules apply to accepted refunds/exchanges...
Goods must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your package, using a trackable postage method (Express Post). I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels. All goods are your responsibility until they reach my return address.

The merchandise must be in its original/unworn condition.  
Customers will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days of the returned merchandise being received by me. Please note that it may then take 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account. 
Refunds are not guaranteed until the product is assessed for fault. 

Repairs
Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee. 
Please contact me before returning an item for repair. 

Disclaimer
Each piece is handmade, consequently there may be small variations in some stock items from those pictured.

Your consumer rights
My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Chain lengths
Most chains are 45cm or 42cm in length, but other lengths are available. 
Please contact me to request a different length to the one quoted with the product.
